Programme

There are two morning sessions and one afternoon session.  The morning plenary session will be followed by a choice of attending two out of three breakout sessions.  All sessions will be followed by a 'question & answer' forum allowing delegates to gain even greater insight into the challenges they may be facing in their own organisations.  The afternoon will be a plenary session followed by a panel question and answer session.

The speakers will be announced in the coming weeks and in keeping with conference tradition they will be experts in the area of quality covering:

Private, public and voluntary sectors;
Small, medium and large enterprises and
Organisations with varying degrees of quality management system maturity.
